The trainer is listed among the top fitness instructors of the United States. Autumn wanted to become a professional dancer. However, her dream was shattered when she suffered an extensive back injury. The focus changed toward fitness and health. She developed the 21 Day Diet throughout her job. This diet is extremely popular for fitness lovers. Some of her most famous routines include 21 Day Extreme, Hit Workout and 21 Day FAST. The cookbook she wrote FIXATE and FIXATE, which has become a best-selling book across the globe is also gaining worldwide notoriety.
